Payment and service delivery

1. What you pay for

A monthly subscription to DzAIn and the CRM under the plan you choose. Prices are in Armenian drams (AMD), include applicable taxes and are listed on the pricing page. There is no setup fee.

2. Payment methods

• Bank card — Visa, Mastercard and ArCa. You pay on Ameriabank’s secure payment page; your card details are entered there, not on our website. Payments are protected by 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code.
• Bank transfer — we issue an invoice to your company with our bank details. Payment is due within 14 days.

All payments are made in AMD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

3. How card data is protected

The payment page is served over an encrypted connection (TLS). Adamard never receives, sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV: they are entered on the bank’s page and processed by the bank. We receive only the result of the payment.

4. Confirmation

After the payment you receive a confirmation by email, and an invoice for your records.

5. How the service is delivered

The service is delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. After your payment we contact you by email or phone to collect what DzAIn needs to know (services, prices, opening hours, languages), configure DzAIn and the CRM, and agree the go-live date with you. The service starts when your phone line forwards calls to DzAIn — we help you set this up with your carrier.

You manage your account at dashboard.adamard.am and see your calls in the CRM at crm.adamard.am.
