Terms of service

1. The service

Adamard provides DzAIn, an AI voice operator that answers telephone calls to your business line, and a CRM in which calls, transcripts, bookings and analytics are kept. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.

The service is provided remotely over the internet. Nothing is shipped physically.

DzAIn is an automated system. It answers from the information you give us about your business and can make mistakes. It is not a source of medical, legal or emergency advice and must not be the only way your callers can reach you in an emergency.

2. Account and ordering

You create an account at dashboard.adamard.am and choose a plan. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and the first payment is received.

You must give accurate business and contact details and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and include applicable taxes. The price that applies is the one on the pricing page when you order. There is no separate setup fee.

Plans are paid monthly in advance, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) on the bank’s secure payment page or by bank transfer against our invoice. See Payment and delivery.

If a payment is overdue, we may suspend the service after notifying you, until the payment is received.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Term and cancellation

The subscription renews every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by writing to info@adamard.am or from your account. The service stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after it.

Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy, which is part of these terms.

We may suspend or end the service if you seriously breach these terms, for example by unlawful use or non-payment, after giving notice where possible.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give DzAIn correct information about your business (services, prices, opening hours) and keep it up to date.
• Where the law requires it, tell your callers that calls are answered by an automated system and may be recorded and transcribed.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, unsolicited calls, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Connect only phone numbers you have the right to use.

6. Data

We process your callers’ data on your behalf and only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Your data remains yours. When your subscription ends we export or delete it at your request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but unless a service-level agreement in your contract says otherwise, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed: it also depends on telephone carriers, internet providers and cloud services. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Armenia, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of the service belong to Adamard. While your subscription is active you have the right to use the service for your business.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Active customers are notified by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. We first try to settle any dispute by negotiation; otherwise it is decided by the competent court of the Republic of Armenia.
