Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Contact and pilot forms: company name, your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write to us.
• Account and billing: business name, email address, login data, chosen plan, and invoicing details (legal name, tax ID, address).
• Payments: card payments are made on the bank’s payment page. We receive only the result of the payment (amount, status, order number). We never receive the full card number, expiry date or CVV.
• Website: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view and an approximate location; IP addresses are truncated. Our servers and our security provider, Cloudflare, process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Live demo: what you say or type in the demo is processed only to produce the operator’s reply.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries and set up a pilot or the service (your request).
• To provide the service and support under our contract with you.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To understand how the site is used (only with your consent).
• To keep our systems secure (legitimate interest).

3. Cookies and local storage

Necessary: your language, light or dark theme and your cookie choice are saved in your browser’s local storage. They are needed for the site to work and are not used to track you.

Analytics: Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and choose again.

4. Calls answered for our customers

When DzAIn answers calls for a business that uses Adamard, the recordings, transcripts and booking details of those calls belong to that business. We process them only on its instructions and only to provide the service. If you called such a business, contact the business about your data; we help it answer your request.

5. Who processes data for us

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, EU region), content delivery and protection (Cloudflare), database hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), speech recognition, speech synthesis and language-model services that run the operator, analytics (Google, only with consent) and the bank that processes card payments.

Some of these providers process data outside Armenia. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

• Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
• Account and service data: while the subscription is active, then returned or deleted within 90 days unless the customer asks otherwise.
• Accounting and payment records: for as long as Armenian tax and accounting law requires.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and give it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@adamard.am; we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

8. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and card data is handled only by the bank.

9. Changes

We publish any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
